Create a precise outline of a project area automatically and quickly with the new parcel to a markup feature.

With two clicks of the mouse, you can turn a parcel into a markup. No more tedious outlining of parcels to highlight properties of interest.

Accurately outline a parcel of interest, even parcels with non-standard shapes. Save time by taking a results list and automatically converting all properties of interest to markups.

TO USE:
  • Parcel to a Markup
    • Using the “i” tool (identify command) click on a parcel so it is highlighted in green.
    • Select “Create Markup” from the ledger. The parcel outline will turn from green to blue with diamonds on the parcel's vertices.
    • Click “save” to preserve the markup or click “cancel” to terminate the markup creation.

  • Multiple Parcels to Multiple Markups
    • Conduct a search or multiple searches to build a results list that contains the properties you’d like to highlight with markups. Make sure the parcels you’d like converted to markups have their box checked on the results list.
    • From the Results tab on the ledger, select “Results List to Markups” (you will see each of your parcels outlined in blue once you click this option).
    • To modify the information associated with a markup, click on the markup you'd like to modify (in the map screen) to activate it. Then click on the markup record from the bottom of the ledger.
