Whats New In LandVision™

You have the option to view summary parcel information for all parcels in a given map view. Identify parcels with common attributes.

Select information for display on the parcel labels (Owner Name, APN, Sale Date…).

Ability to filter labels to view only certain property types (Commercial, Residential…).

A “Tooltip” feature lets you mouse over a parcel and quickly view property or sales data without having to identify the parcel.

To use:

Navigate to your area of interest
Right click and select “Parcel Labels” from the menu. The Parcel Labels dialog box opens
Select the Label Style (information to be displayed on labels)
Select either Property or Sales Information to display as the “Tooltip”
If you want to filter for only certain labels, check the “Use Filter” box and type an Owner Name or partial Owner Name, select your criteria from the Land Use drop down boxes, or enter ranges for property attributes.
Click “Apply”
To remove labels, right click, select “Parcel Labels” from the menu, select “None” from the Label Style box and click “Apply”
Note: to view the "Tooltip" you need to be in "identify" mode (select the "i" button from the toolbar at the top of your map screen)
