Defining & Analyzing Trade Areas

This tutorial provides information on how to create custom trade areas using the Generate Trade Areas feature in the Commercial Real Estate edition of LandVision™. Trade areas can be based on either drive times or distance. Defining trade areas and visualizing them on the map greatly facilitates site selection and expansion planning.
